Sound Effects Warehouse Guarantees that you will like our sounds or you will receive your money back.  First we encourage you to listen to the demo of the collection(s) you wish to purchase.  If you don’t like what you hear, don’t purchase.  Then we encourage you to sign up to receive the FREE 101 Sounds to experience the audio quality.  If you are still not convinced, then don’t purchase additional collections and keep the 101 FREE Sounds as a gift. (Please read the license regarding the use of our sounds.  Receiving the FREE 101 Sounds as a gift does not grant ownership of the 101 FREE Sounds only royalty FREE use).

If after listening to the Demos and you purchase and you are still not happy, then we will offer a five (5) day money back guarantee on your first purchase of only one (1) item.  What does this mean? This means you cannot purchase all the collections and then ask for your money back.  We will only grant you a refund for a single item purchase.
